I already did the math, I started my coaching life exactly on November 17, 2017. Imagine how magical. And I did not look for it, I was happy as a sales person, but that day I had a client with cancer, it was almost his birthday and it was almost my birthday, and so sparks of magic happened, and I loved every moment, we talked about how happy he was in our hotel. And he asked me to keep his pen as a reminder of him. Then a colleague told me not to worry that we couldn’t sell everyone. And I really thanked her for trying to cheer me up, because she noticed that I was really touched by my client. But it was so beautiful to understand that I did sell him, I sold him the love for his life.” <\/p>\n\n\n\n
On November 20, I had lunch with my coach, because it is always nice to have a spiritual guide, a business guide, a sales guide, I do believe in coaching, \ud83d\ude1d And she, my coach told me when I excitedly told her about my experience with this client, that maybe I would be a good coach. And I said: “No, OK, but imagine what my family is going to think, that I will never settle down, that I walk from here to there.” <\/p>\n\n\n\n
However, almost 1,000 days have gone by since that moment and it became real, even the cashier at the supermarket asked me for advice, which I even thought: “I must have a hat that says coach of happiness.” And I l have loved every second. I loved seeing their faces, changing from being worried, tired to hopeful when they heard my stories. Even in my sales, with my clients, I started giving them coaching, and then I tried to sell them. But sometimes, I began so focused on coaching them, taking them out of the problems they had that I couldn’t sell them. So, I opted to sell them fast and then give them their coaching session. And today, I think I have given almost 2,500 coaching sessions. I remember everything, like my memory has an external hard drive, because I even have my clients organized by colors. You know how much I love colors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I’m intense, so I started to study, not sales but humanistic psychology, gestalt, NLP, Biodecodification etc. I even exaggerated it to the point that those who didn’t ask me for coaching, I convinced them to take a coaching session with me. \u201cHoney, if you don’t like sales, don’t make sales, but you do.\u00a8 And there you could see them making sales the next day. I do specialize in salespeople. I enjoy seeing our issues, but mainly because I consider us agents of change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
However, I have been coaching 7 people a day, because of the pandemic, and the most common diagnosis is feeling that they are missing something. So I have seen how it is only by transforming the energy about the problem that everything begins to flow again. That’s why now I trust my coaching to be contributing with the world! And I really hope that more people can come to take their coaching with me, because we could continue as we are, because everything in life is a decision, but it would not be fair to go around saying that God, or the bogeyman or the government are responsible for the problems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
